Three pillars. Every session.

What We Train

Nobody does "just speed day" and skips the work that keeps them healthy. Every hour hits all three.

Get Faster

Acceleration, sprint mechanics, and first-step quickness that show up on the field and the stopwatch.

  • First 10 yards — where sports are played
  • Top-speed form that holds up late in games
  • Full-recovery sprinting — the way speed is actually built

Move Better

Change of direction is a skill. We teach the plant, the cut, and the re-acceleration — then make it reactive, like real sports.

  • Deceleration first — you can't cut if you can't stop
  • Planned drills, then live reads and reactions
  • Footwork, balance, and body control every session

Stay Healthy

The best ability is availability. Strength and injury-prevention work is built into every single hour.

  • Landing mechanics — the #1 knee protector
  • Hamstring and groin durability work weekly
  • Single-leg strength, where injuries actually happen
The hour, on the clock

Every Session. Every Time.

Sixty minutes, five blocks, in this order — speed is trained on fresh legs, always.

Small groups, lines of four or fewer — nobody hides in the back of the line.

Programs

All groups train Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:00 PM — same time, separate programs. Each age group runs its own age-appropriate session with its own coach.

Ages 8–12Foundation

The years that decide what kind of athlete a kid becomes. Speed, agility, balance, and coordination trained through drills and games that feel like competition — not homework.

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:00 PM — 60 minutes
  • Bodyweight strength & landing skills
  • They'll work hard and won't want to leave

Ages 13–18Performance

Where athletes separate themselves. Real sprint mechanics, reactive change of direction, and progressive strength — attacking injury risk in the exact years it spikes.

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:00 PM — 60 minutes
  • Grouped by age and training level
  • Built for every sport where speed wins

AdultsAdult Training

Speed and strength don't have an age limit. Small-group and individual training for adults who want to perform, not just work out.

  • Performance-based, not bootcamp punishment

About N²

N² Performance is exactly what it sounds like — Nick times Nick. Two coaches, one shared belief: every athlete can get faster, move better, and stay healthier with the right training and the right standard.

Nicholas Myers

Founder / Head Coach

Coach Myers brings 20 years of coaching experience across football, wrestling, and track, along with time as a strength and conditioning intern at West Virginia University, where he trained football and Olympic-sport athletes. He is a current physical education and health teacher and weight training instructor, and holds multiple national coaching certifications through the NFHS (National Federation of State High School Associations). Simply put: developing young athletes isn't a side project for him — it's what he does every day.
