All groups train Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:00 PM — same time, separate programs. Each age group runs its own age-appropriate session with its own coach.

Founder / Head Coach
Coach Myers brings 20 years of coaching experience across football, wrestling, and track, along with time as a strength and conditioning intern at West Virginia University, where he trained football and Olympic-sport athletes. He is a current physical education and health teacher and weight training instructor, and holds multiple national coaching certifications through the NFHS (National Federation of State High School Associations). Simply put: developing young athletes isn't a side project for him — it's what he does every day. Nick is also a realtor with Harvey Goodman Realtors, serving the same Northern Panhandle communities where he coaches.
